New Clients
A free in-home consultation is required for new clients. This is a chance for me to start building a relationship with you and your pet, go over what service(s) are needed, look over forms provided prior to visit, obtain home access information, or answer any of your questions.

Consultations should be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The $10 urgency charge will be applied for shorter notice.
​
Additional care consultations beyond the new client meet-greet are $20 per meeting.

Minimum Care
for Pet Services
For care visits while you're out of town, your canine companions should have the opportunity for a potty break at least 2 times per day. For puppies or senior dogs, there is a 3 visit minimum to make sure their potty break needs are met.

Feline friends should have at least one visit daily. It is important for me to monitor their health and comfort daily. If your cat is indoor / outdoor, I prefer them to be inside while under my care.

Scheduling
I ask that all walks and pet care be requested by 5pm the day before so that there is time to finalize the schedule and prepare to give each critter client the unique individualized care and attention they deserve. If you need to schedule a last minute appointment after 5pm, the $10 urgency fee will apply.

Cancellation
I understand that life happens, and unexpected surprises occur sometimes.

Daily walks and care visits will be charged at the full rate if cancelled after 5pm the day prior to the scheduled service.
​
Cancelling your trip within 48 hours of service beginning will result in a 50% refund. Same-day cancellation of a service cannot be refunded, this includes returning home early.

Payment
All pet care appointments and walks must be paid in full prior to the start of service.
​
Payments can be made with cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

Holidays
A $10 surcharge will be added to each visit scheduled on New Year's Eve / Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve / Day.

Key Pickup & Return
If you would like for me to pick-up or drop off your key, there is a $15 fee for each.

Urgency Fee
If you have an emergency or need to schedule outside of the required time frames, I'll do my best to fit you in!
There is an additional charge of $10 for last minute appointments.
